Do I need an account to buy Pro?
No. Pay in the secure Razorpay checkout and Pro switches on in this browser straight away. Your licence key is the payment ID (Lifetime) or subscription ID (Yearly) from your Razorpay receipt; paste it on the Restore Pro page to use Pro in another browser. We never create an account for you.
Who processes the payment?
Razorpay, a payment gateway regulated in India. It collects your card, UPI, net banking or wallet details and your email for the receipt. We never see your payment details.
Are taxes included?
Rupee prices include GST. US dollar prices are the final amount charged; your bank may add its own foreign-transaction fee.
What do you store about me?
Nothing. Your documents stay in your browser. Our server receives only the Razorpay payment or subscription ID to confirm the purchase, and keeps no record of it or of you.
Is anything needed for a correct tax invoice behind the paywall?
No. Tax breakdowns (CGST/SGST/IGST, VAT, GST/HST), tax IDs, place of supply, amount in words, numbering, history and backups are all free. Pro is for looks and convenience.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of your first purchase. Email us with your payment or subscription ID; see the refund policy for details. Pro stops working once a refund is issued.
Can I cancel the yearly plan?
Yes, any time, from the link in your Razorpay subscription email or by emailing us. Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
Does Pro work on Android?
The Android app has its own Pro subscription through Google Play, including a monthly option. A web purchase unlocks Pro on the website.
